With Autoscroll turned on, if resize task and release mouse outside browser window, library will do infinite scrolling

As the title described, is there a way to stop the infinite scrolling after mouse up outside the browser window and set proper task end date accordingly.

Looks like it is indeed localized in Chinese, but not in other languages. 

onPickerValueChange is not triggered on first click on panel column's first item

Use Time Picker and value set to null. Use format: 'hh:mm:ss' or with 'a' click into Time Picker and after panel opened. Try to click on each columns' first item...
