REPLExt: no method matching repl_init(::REPL.LineEditREPL) when loading packages in REPL mode.

I added Depot path to move packages from c to d and now i have this error

So i deleted everything in new Depot path on d disk and installed only pluto, after running ```using Pluto``` command the error is there however when i remove ```$env:JULIA_DEPOT_PATH =...

writing using Pkg in startup.jl file worked
