SDL issues are resolved in ioquake3. Latest ioquake3 was merged into Lilium Voyager in 83ea45dab3322f8b83d2eb82394b890cedf0d969. It builds for macOS Apple SIlicon (untested). ioEF pak92.pk3 should be used, see issue #13.
