Hi 1. Can you update the "LATENCY" and the "UP/DOWNLOAD_BANDWIDTH" for 2020? 2. I think the last element in "UP/DOWNLOAD_BANDWIDTH" (i.e. 6 * 1000000) does not use never. thanks
