Unintended behavior obviously. Will probably migrate to MDL 2.0 and fix all the other issues as well.

The background div seems to jerk around. This appears to be an Edge specific issue with z-indexes. More info available here: https://developer.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/platform/issues/5752059/ Help appreciated.

Right now, all header divs only support colors. Add support for images instead.
