安卓手机play商店无法下载app

用play商店，可以正常看app信息也能点击评论，但是点击“下载”或“更新”就没办法正常下载了，换成“国内外白名单”能正常下载，但是国内外问题比较多 ISP是电信

docker缺少mysql-connector-python
