SSR + customization + typing

Hi all,

I made a fork with some improvement. I use this project on my PWA based on Next.js and typescript. I made some modification to make it work with server side rendering and I add typing. I also add props to enable developer to use their own icon library. Are you interested on a PR?

I am unfortunately not able to maintain this project myself at this time. I'm happy to hear that you're able to make use of it. If you have the time to keep it moving, I'm willing to add you as a collaborator so that you can make some of these improvements yourself.
