Dockerfile build error

Hello, I found a single quote is missing in the Dockerfile at [no-cuda line 74](https://github.com/TorchCraft/TorchCraft/blob/master/docker/no-cuda/Dockerfile#L74). And it seems not complete to me. Thanks
