### 这是一个什么样的功能？ 影响功能：https://docs.rsshub.app/live.html#dou-yu-zhi-bo-zhi-bo-jian-kai-bo 例子 https://rsshub.app/douyu/room/24422 增加一个新参数 `includeRecording`。如果该参数值为 `false`，则该 feed 不包含轮播开播，只包含直播。 ### 这个功能可以解决什么问题？ 斗鱼现在开播提醒包含“轮播”和“直播”，如下图。我只关心直播开播，而不关心放录像的“轮播”。  ### 额外描述 _No response_ ### 这不是重复的功能请求 - [x] 我已经搜索了[现有 issue](https://github.com/DIYgod/RSSHub/issues)，以确保这项功能尚未被请求。

提供的选项得自己手动判断是什么编码。如果能自动判断编码，无脑转成 UTF-8 简体就好了。
