model load failed when use GFPGAN

I fixed this by re-downloading all of files below stable-diffusion-webui/models/GFPGAN folder.And it works! [related issue](https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/issues/1837#issuecomment-1271105973)
