Demo not working

I am able to load the [demo page](http://13.211.97.201:3000/) linked in the readme, however, it always returns "Something went wrong. Please try again" when running tasks like comment generation and code...

Recommended way to load wget-downloaded data using HF datasets API?

I downloaded the data following the instruction [here](https://huggingface.co/datasets/togethercomputer/RedPajama-Data-V2#downloading-the-dataset-via-wget). Is there a recommended way that I can load it via HF API similar to [this](https://huggingface.co/datasets/togethercomputer/RedPajama-Data-V2#downloading-the-raw-dataset-with-quality-annotations)?
