As a report, I came into the same error `Could NOT find UMFPACK` on my Ubuntu 20.04, I solved it by installing `libsuitesparse-dev` and `libopenblas-serial-dev`.

他用的是通用的 `向量投影` 公式：[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vector_projection]()，你这样反而更麻烦，需要借助 “额外” 的 `cos(theta)`。

Any updates on it? Release version `v1.18.44` and pre-release `v1.19.40` both have this problem too.
