The current stable release is [v1.10.0](https://github.com/hackjutsu/Lepton/releases/tag/v1.10.0) without official Apple Silicon support. Alpha pre-release [v1.10.1](https://github.com/hackjutsu/Lepton/releases/tag/v1.10.1-alpha.1) added support for M1 chips.
