已经解决了。通过降级urllibs和requests包即可。后面还是会下载1-2个G的模型包，主要是语言类的，最好还是有vpn支持。

我在记事本中查看到的win10版本是，19041.388.是win10专业版，电脑已安装netfreamework 4.5。 双击程序时提示要安装4.8的netframework。 实际上，我是想在无GUI版本的情况下运行，同时对操作系统不那么苛刻，主要目的是想做安全测试。比如使用一种自动化运行的方式在电脑A上运行无GUI版本的screenbroadcaster（或者开机自启动），在同一局域网内的电脑B上直接输入ip和端口就能够访问电脑A的屏幕了。
无GUI版的这种用法思路，有点像无GUI版本的everything.exe搜索软件，在目标机运行并开启http服务，另一台电脑就能共享或查看文件了。
