启动多个线程，使用对象进行每个线程的初始化处理，m_encoder = new MppEncoder(); m_decoder = new MppDecoder();测试的时候发现mpp解码jpeg图片正常，但是将rgb数据编码时出现以下错误，并且运行几分钟后，会出现3588板子关机的问题
