Support for concurrent databases (node.js)

Just to chime in, I'm still having this issue in the latest version. Running into the same issue with Bun's test runner, which automatically runs tests from all files concurrently.

gRPC reflection v1 support

Hey everyone. What's missing for this to go forward? Reflection would be very welcome for our use-case with this library.
