Scroll continuation not working for video recommendations (watch next feed)

### What happened? It worked a few days ago via the `/next` endpoint with an appropriate continuation token. Now YT queries the endpoint `https://www.youtube.com/related_ajax?ctoken=....` which seems to no longer exist...
