Command to remove cached tasks

Cache invalidation is hard. :( This is a good idea! I think this command should be paired with some heuristic that auto-updates the task list periodically.

Perhaps while I'm at it could rename the show command to daily.

There is an [end point](https://github.com/harvesthq/api/blob/master/Sections/Reports.md) in the API for this, but it's only accessible to admins. Anyway, I tried using with an admin account and it still didn't seem to...

sorry about that, you can remove `~/.hcl` to reset your credentials, I'll look into adding a command for this

Put config directory in `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME`

This is a great idea, but this patch needs some work. I've offered a few comments, but since it's been literally years I understand if you're over it. :)

"auth init" failed with "Error: mkdir $HOME/.config: file exists"

I am having the same problem. I also have .config symlinked to another directory inside my home dir. This is very perplexing and prevents me from using doctl EDIT it...
