I'm really not experienced with Rust, but after looking at the code I think this could be implemented by extending [dbrgn/tealdeer/src/main.rs#L471](https://github.com/dbrgn/tealdeer/blob/b5443b75b6ec01a4f3a516ecd3d9b17d67070468/src/main.rs#L471) with another `map_or_else` which looks up an optional language...
