Will be there pre-release for checking translation quality?

I and not able to modified some translations because there were "reviewed" (even I am author of that translation). Can it be unlocked, so translation could be improved?

My translation (Slovak) is 100% translated, but I see there some part of application with English string. Can somebody have a look at that?
