This code implements [MS-GKDI](https://winprotocoldoc.blob.core.windows.net/productionwindowsarchives/MS-GKDI/%5bMS-GKDI%5d.pdf). I added a script to extract every LAPSv2 passwords.  There is also a fix on Endpoint Mapper on max_tower value
