[BUG] The bundle command does not bundle referenced files

I'm looking forward to the fix as well. Currently it also kills the https://github.com/event-catalog/eventcatalog asyncapi plugin

For some reason not all .fifo are broken like that. But when its broken the FIFO topic/queue is present alongside with none-broken... so it's like duplicating the channels

@neoandmatrix Yup. Checked with version 4.0.0 and its still there 😢
