The global __pool only needs to be declared in create_pool.

BluetoothGattCharacteristic默认WriteType是WRITE_TYPE_DEFAULT，写入的数据是需要蓝牙设备收到后，向服务端确认的。在未收到上次写入回复，连续发送广播数据，会导致写入失败。
