Opentrack octopus is moving but Star Citizen is not get any TrackIR output from it. Was once working

For some reason, whenever i try to connect a remote storage to a heart it says success but doesn't work and i cannot access the main storage heart

im not sure where to find the mod list file

scrcpy client as virtual webcam driver

Has anyone figured out a way to do this? scrcpy is almost perfect for what I need it for, I just need Windows to recognize it as a webcam.
