Yes... we should add a changelog. Perhaps one of those magic ones you can generate from commit messages.
@techtonik We'd switch to something like [angular's](https://github.com/angular/angular.js/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#commit) commit messages. There are tools that can process those nicely.
