in preferences, download dxvk, it should fix it

in more detail, open Preferences (should be Ctrl+, by default), go in the DLL Components tab and install the latest dxvk (or whatever version you want)

as old as this issue may be, this doesn't allow reading from encrypted archives, at least that's what it looks like
