[Bug]: 继续下载问题

复现方式是把download path换去sd卡我换回internal storage的时候可以顺利下载（a下载完后会继续下载b，且有显示在downloaded list里）但换回sd卡的path就不能了（a下载完不会继续下载b，b会卡在get information，downloaded list也不会显示已下载的a，但如果去file manager检查的话是有a的）这个问题在4.x.x前没发生过
