`saferef.safeRef()` doesn't update `BoundMethodWeakref.deletionMethods`

Thank you for this great library, it is of great help for event-driven apps :blush: Calling again `saferef.safeRef(object, newOnDeleteCallback)` results in setting the `BoundMethodWeakref.deletionMethods` to `[newOnDeleteCallback]` instead of `[oldOnDeleteCallback, newOnDeleteCallback]`....
