Ok, nevermind! I just re-enabled all my extensions, and reloaded the page, and now Sponsorblock is working perfectly. Not quite sure what happened there, but disabling and re-enabling those extensions...

I was wondering the same thing. My guess is the site player is accessing another playlist with the relevant audio track (when you switch), that yt-dlp doesn't seem to know...
