Please merge the develop branch into your branch. Also, update the title and the changelog entry so they match each other, and make sure the first letter is capitalized.

Same as https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/pull/16489#issuecomment-3523986284, I don't think it's a good idea to add a C++ library to a Scoop bucket either. It might be better to use [vcpkg](https://vcpkg.io/en/package/wxwidgets)/[conan](https://conan.io/center/recipes/wxwidgets) instead.
