I find someone has been success install it on LineageOS at Chinese website

提前下好pip的包，用pip install --no-index --find-links=./download ./requirements.txt就能安装了，这个你看一下pip的帮助就能找到了

手动执行一下/usr/local/bin/hysteria server --config /etc/hysteria/config.yaml看看结果
