[Feature] 图标获取支持忽略HTTPS证书

当获取一个内网的地址的图标时候，因为有些应用是HTTPS的，导致证书校验失败从而获取不到，响应报文为 ```json { "code": -1, "msg": "acquisition failed: downloadHead \"https://10.0.10.1/favicon.ico\": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority" } ``` 希望能新增配置项，使得可以忽略https证书校验从而完成图标获取
