User.Identity.IsAuthenticated is false after Security.login()

Headers is OK. With GlobalConfiguration.Configuration.SuppressDefaultHostAuthentication() I have Authenticated User in Web API controller method. Without SuppressDefaultHostAuthentication() I have it much earlier, in Controller constructor and in time DI takes place....
