To solve the problem, Replace `url` at `fsdl-text-recognizer-project/data/raw/emnist/metadata.toml` with `http://www.itl.nist.gov/iaui/vip/cs_links/EMNIST/matlab.zip` But It is EXTREMELY slow😂
