Running into exact same error on AKS and it started happening two weeks ago. Any ideas?

The PR that is created by this [workflow](https://github.com/radius-project/docs/blob/v0.37/.github/workflows/upmerge.yaml#L82) has a commit that is not signed off. I think (but I am not sure) the bot that creates this PR needs...

There is no impact to the release process. You just need to manually set the DCO to pass.
