Keyboard can be used on BIOS (rebased)

(rewrite of #130) I tested keyboard keys, consumer, VIA, CDC ACM and MSC can be used on Report (the same as current) mode.

NO_MSC build not works

Since `0.9.15`, firmwares built with `NO_MSC` do not work as USB device properly.

細かい文字が含まれるものや、横長で全体が表示されないポスターがあるので、ポスターを拡大表示したいです。 #125 にPDFを表示する議論もあるようですがいかがでしょうか。
