Maybe you could try converting your pandas dataframe to a list of numpy maskedarrays (one for each column), I think this is mentioned in the [turbodbc docs](https://turbodbc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pages/advanced_usage.html#using-numpy-arrays-as-query-parameters). A rough (incomplete)...
