Hey Brian, I was looking through the code and couldn't find a way to explicitly acknowledge messages. Am I missing something or is there no way implemented to ack messages...

Implement key roll-over

Boulder implements account key roll-over (see [Boulder divergences from ACME Section 6.3.2](https://github.com/letsencrypt/boulder/blob/release/docs/acme-divergences.md#section-632)). It would be great to implement key roll-over functionality in the lego ACME client.
