This PR adds support for BLAKE-3 and updates `Cargo.lock` all dependencies via `cargo update`, but doesn't update Cargo.toml, except for adding the `blake3` crate dependency. Fixes #34

BLAKE-3 is very fast. BLAKE-3 support would be great.
