[Feature Request] Automated testing using GitHub Action workflows

I just ran into an compiling error that would've been caught by simply running `make`. I highly recommend that a test workflow be added to this project (`.github/workflows/testing.yaml` for example)...

It would be nice to have a CLI. `examples/interpreter.rs` would work. It should be the default build target. Eg. `cargo run --release -- ` or `piccolo `.
