A save state, save/load buttons in the Delta menu.

Tested on Delta 1.4 on 16.3.1 and 17 dev beta 2, can sideload 1.4.1 and try there.

@robm92 Could you try to compile the beta and check if the bug has been addressed?

Got it working by manually cloning the different modules into the respective folders, don't know why it didn't work when using the submodule command
