I have reproduced error also on the released version, both on Linux (i7, 32GB) and Windows (i5, 16GB).

Some error here, setting constant KAFKA_BROKER_ID didn't do anything. Still "The Cluster ID doesn't match stored clusterId Some() in meta.properties." which is true, because after docker-compose down & docker-compose up...

Since today, I have exactly the same problem. But in my case it fails every time on one machine.
