Running the linked build on a 2022 M2 Air, I just get one icon

Does this need adding to the `package.json` file until the dependency is removed? I tried removing jQuery per https://github.com/ministryofjustice/hmpps-template-typescript/pull/303/commits/eec17bba26095971c9dd3c352115b9fd238283e9 but then found that the sortable tables from this repo need...

How did you install it manually? The manual download in the readme just links to 4.0.0, which doesn't include the M1 fix in #154, and the pre-releases are also older...

Could an additional override not be specified [here](https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-assets/blob/main/package.json#L94-L99) to fix this?
