power-profiles-daemon package should be installed by default

I'd say that going with [tuned](https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/tuned/) instead of PPD would be a better choice. Fedora did the migration a while back for the reasons listed [here](https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/TunedAsTheDefaultPowerProfileManagementDaemon).
