When choose a tool , such as circle,and annotate on the page , then unchoose the tool (only unchoose can trigger this bug),then click the trash (or undo button and...
Click the rubbish tool,then click the PDF document , the draw toolbar will disappear, while the disappearance is permanent and won't appear again.
只有当项目运行后退到后台（不是杀死程序）才能正常进入，如果杀死程序就进不到指定的界面了
