For a notation keyword, is there an existing annotation style? I was thinking later that a syntax like `// #installed_fonts ` might be a little easier to implement.

I have the same issue with ; and # both. The WinAPI does not allow comments in the key portion, so these characters are treated as part of the key's...

Shouldn't it be rgb_config_t, rather than led_config_t? The latter is for monochrome LEDs.
If you can't find info.json, look for keyboard.json instead. There's a file under docs that talks about the usage of these files if you want to know more.
