3DS NCCH application for booting the *hax payloads.
I bought a hacked 2DS, but when I try to launch Homebrew, I get this error. Can someone please help me?

Whenever i try to launch it, it justs hangs at the top screen saying "Homebrew" and the bottom screen saying "Homebrew". No idea whats happening.
