"/bin/sh: bannertool: command not found" when trying to compile

When I type "make" on CMD, it errors out. screenshot 2017-07-24 13 06 05

I tried putting bannertool (.exe or Linux shell/executable) on \hblauncher_loader\bin\sh and still error.

Could someone help me with that, please?

I have both devkitPro and Git Bash installed. Operating System: Wndows 8.1, 32-bit
