i can do something similiar to https://blog.mariusschulz.com/2014/10/22/asynchronously-bootstrapping-angularjs-applications-with-server-side-data and manually boostrap the app module when i get the json config, but it would be an overkill to wait for the google...

im getting the same problem, reverted to 2.14.0 and everything worked
