可以用css给图片添加一层模糊blur效果

我记得css可以添加这样一层效果的, 最后效果很漂亮, 我之前写的浏览器插件就用了 

在翻译函数名的时候, 有一些很常见的单词感觉没有必要翻译

没有音标是不对的, 速速添加

更改为按键触发单词选择, 而不是需要手动框选

**Describe the solution you'd like** 修改单词选择方式, 现在的方式太若只了, 还有把查不到的单词删掉 **Describe alternatives you've considered** 还有把这个issue模板改了, 我都不想用, 搞简洁点 还有把重复的单词不要触发, 尤其是简单词和字母之类的, 新增一个永不翻译的按钮
